David is a Native of Waynesville NC and has been a successful Real Estate Broker in his home town since 1995. David loves helping buyers as well as sellers. He has the ability to really listen to his clients so he can help satisfy their needs. David says “a good sales person needs to know how to feel what the customers feels.” David’s honesty, confidence, and enthusiasm has proven him to be one of the best in his field. David thinks that good communication skills are very important and he is committed to “going above and beyond” to keep his clients informed of the buying or selling process.

David and his wife Darlene were married right after high school and have 2 sons and 2 grandkids. They enjoy spending time with family and friends and are very active in their church.

Judy Meyers started her real estate career shortly after moving to the beautiful mountains of
Western North Carolina in Haywood County in 2001. “As my husband and I explored WNC to find our “perfect” mountain home, I remember saying to him, “I hope I never take for granted the beauty that surrounds us.” I can attest that after almost 20 years, I’m still in awe of that beauty. When not assisting clients, Judy finds leisure and enjoyment spending time with her family (including Spunky her lab/husky dog and Mr. Jingles her cat), playing tennis, and gardening. Community and church is a big part of her life. She is actively serving as a Guardian Ad Litem and nursing home patient volunteer.
